Kinetic Arts was founded in 1997 with the goal of producing groundbreaking content for the small and big screens. The company chiefly focuses on developing and producing film and TV projects, many of which begin as award-winning shorts, which are then packaged into dynamic feature co-productions with the backing of proven talent.

Nurturing the work of both new and experienced directors, Kinetic Arts has produced award-winning films that have made the rounds of some of the world's most prestigious film festivals. Our directors are award-winners (including the Academy Award®) who bring a unique vision to each project, whether narrative or documentary. It is their collaboration with Kinetic Arts, their diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences, and the shared desire to innovate in the use of film, video and digital media that inject our productions with their passion and energy.

On the film side, Kinetic Arts is focused on developing commercial properties for distribution in the US and global markets that are both domestic and international co-productions. We are currently engaged in international co-productions based on Academy-Award® winning properties and multi-festival winners. Kinetic Arts is also actively developing several screenplays in collaboration with award-winning writers and directors.

On the TV side, Kinetic Arts is developing a comprehensive slate of TV programming, including reality TV and episodic animated and dramatic properties, with major American TV and cable networks.

Kinetic Arts adheres to a strict producing model that is founded on identifying properties with both strong US commercial potential and artistic merit, and then partnering with proven talent (directors, actors, writers, co-production partners, etc.) to bring these projects to fruition.

Kinetic Arts' deep pools of experience in award-winning narrative film and documentary producing, media and content strategy, and international licensing of major media properties help shape the company's vision. Kinetic Arts has developed extensive links to the global entertainment community, and by combining these relationships with the award-winning talent we work with, Kinetic Arts' principals have created a highly focused, talent-driven, and well connected organization that is able to uniquely capitalize on the opportunities of the global entertainment marketplace.
